Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after your order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Address

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, Organic Oasis – Holistic Pantry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include photographs of the damaged package and products so we can determine the best way to assist you.
